UCI# for Express Entry

Hi there

I applied in 2014 June under FSW, cic told me the package was returned to me in Sep 2014, as it was incomplete. but I never received the returned package. now I am applying again under Express Entry, on the form, if you choose YES for "if you have applied for CIC before", then the UCI number becomes mandatory. if I choose NO, it would be misrepresentation. what should I do here?

Dear All,

When I update my EE profile, I see down the page a strange number with eight digits (without alphabets and hyphen) and my complete name.

Anybody knows what this number is?
