we have two profiles, one in which I am the primary and the other in which I am the dependent. For both these profiles, I had selected “NO” to the option “have you applied to IRCC before” and enetered nothing for UCI #. Recently received ITA for profile 2, and I could see a UCI # for that profile. Out of curiosity logged into the other profile and I could see a UCI there as well.

I am worried now, if I should have double checked profile 1 for UCI # and entered that while creating profile 2 and also if I should have answered “yes” to the question option “have you applied to IRCC before” for profile 2. Would this be considered misrepresentation? Technically, I still havent applied yet, at least for profile 1, for which I don’t even have an ITA.

Creating express entry profile and applying is not the same thing. What you have done is fine.

But if had UCI number from profile 1 then should not he have entered that in profile 2?

No, Because you did not get ITA for that UCI and you did not apply. You only created a profile.

Thank you and that’s what I thought too. But the presence of UCI# is bothering me...,..., entering nothing for UCI# in profile 2 when I had one from profile 1 is bearing over me......

Don't worry, maybe you can delete one of the accounts then, if it's causing so much tension. You don't need two accounts in the first place.
