UCI / client ID number.. help

Can someone help me figure out where this number is? I was told that it is supposed to be on the IM 1000 form but it is not! I came to Canada in 1999 and I do have my IMM 1000 Form but the only two numbers on there are one starting with B and one starting with W, and i was told that is not either of those someone please help

After looking at a copy of a record of landing I do not see a space anywhere for a client ID so I moved onto a form I knew would have it, your PR card itself. The ID Number on your PR card is the client ID/UCI. it will be 8 numbers XXXX-XXXX. You said you landed 1999, have you gotten citizenship yet? the number is not on citizenship cards. if you can not find it you can leave it blank and CIC will fill it in.

Than you for your rely. Yes i got my citizenship in 2003 but I never had a PR card so I cant find it on there either. So you think I should call CIC and ask them, will they give me this information? I can't leave it blank since it needs to be filled out in order to validate the form/bar code on the computer .

The form will vailidate without the UCI number... most people don't even have a UCI number until they get their first correspondence from the CIC....
