UCI and BIL not received for more than 10 days

Hi,

I had submitted a group application along with my parents. My parents got the Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) in less than 10 hours but I have not received yet even after 10 days. Can anyone please help what to do. I have done the entire payment and even raised an enquiry through web forms but no reply yet.
Please help if similar situation happened with someone and within how much time it was received and what to do to make it fast.
