U.S citizen, applying for dual citizen

Need help or advice on someone who is a U.S Citizen who became Canadian Citizen.
What proof can i show CIC when applying for Canadian Citizenship if they wanted to know my English Profiency test.
My whole life i went school in the U.S (K to first year of college) and also lived there. Do i still need to take the English test classes here in canada and provide them the test result?
