Will this taken into account while my Ca study visa application..i have six times US study visa rejection last year..wat to do now?? do i need to mention it in the visa appl????? mine is sept intake-got univ admission..see the below link..! :'( ??? ::) ;D :( :o

Yes - you need to mention the six rejections in your visa application to Canada. Yes - the US and Canada share information. If you don't mention these refusals then CIC will make a finding of misrepresentation, refuse your student visa and ban you from Canada for 2 years.

And yes - these six rejections will likely make it more difficult for you to be approved for a study visa in Canada
 
Do I need to mention exactly had 6 rejections or simply rejected by US??? :'(
 
do they share the same information with other countries like UK or Europe? or ask these countries to provide information to them?

The application form asks you to provide details about your refusal. CIC expects you to provide the dates of these refusals so you really have no choice but to list all six. If you make it sound like you only have one refusal, they could still make a finding of misrepresentation and ban you for two years.

Yes - that's what you have to try to do. And by showing evidence that you have very strong ties to your home country and will return there once your studies in Canada are complete.

Hi VIP member scylla,

I have completed my BBA studies in 2011 and since then I have taken distributorship of AMWAY india company.Basically my work includes marketing and selling of AMWAY products directly to the final consumers.I am going for Post bacc. diploma in marketing program in TRU.

So if I mention in my SOP that after completing this program in canada it will help me to learn various marketing and sales techniques and I would be able to train my sponser (the people who work under me)as well and therefore i would be able to increase sales volume of the company after coming back to india.

Would it help me to show strong ties? In your opinion?


i really wish they people call me for interview so that i can prove why i have chosen this particular program.

i dont think its gona work out for satisfying visa officer regarding your home ties

Sorry - I don't know. I don't have any experience with SOPs.

If I had to guess, then I'm not sure this is a great argument since CIC may not look at Amway as a real job or a real career.

i meant eagle.......the way he's trying to convence visa officer doesnt seem to be helping
