Typical Questions - SCHEDULE 1 BACKGROUND / DECLARATION

Hi Friends,

I am filling this form IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1 BACKGROUND / DECLARATION for me and my wife, Please help me for each item as I have few questions regarding few fields:

9. Have you or, If you are the principle applicant............ever:
been convicted.. etc etc

If your answer to any of these questions is YES, provide details below:

Now i want to know after ticking NO for all should i write N/A here or leave it blank?

10. Should I start providing details of my education from 10th class?

11. Personal history.

Here I want to know I should provide each duration for my employment, study etc or I can write as:

From <Year of my 18th birthday> till Year/Month I completed my studies I can write in one line

OR

I should give details of each class for studies and each employment period etc in different lines.

Another thing what should I write while I was staying home for a year to prepare for my entrance exam?.

12. Membership or association with organizations.

They have asked I should write “I have never been a member of any organization or association” now my question is where should I write this because there is no space for this.

13. Government positions

Should I write N/A or NONE in the first line of the table provided. If yes then should I write N/A or NONE?

write "note" in box, although itss only for people where any answer was yes above, but better dont leave blank any thing.

They asked details from secondary.. go ahead.

Write all, when you was studing and when its was employed or stay at home since your age of 18. forexample

2003-2004, study...details
2003-2004, employed...part time details...
2002-2003, at home, preparing exam etc details.12. Membership or association with organizations.

read instruction right above, they indicate write "NONE" if you wasn't any.

Why its confusion when they are talling you above the box, write "NONE" ????
