Suggest Ko Lang if ever gusto mo sa mercan agency, before kc yan yung agency Ko sept 2008 ako nag start mag apply then nakaalis ako may 2009. Ngayon kc di ako dumaan sa agency kc same employer Ko eh. Sana makatulong sayo yung suggestion Ko.

Guys I've done also on my medical on Feb. 01, 2013
Sa mga magpapamedical po additional tip lang po. Magdala
po ng sobrang pera lalo na po kung kayo ay may tattoo o butas
sa tainga (for men only) kasi may additional two test which is
equivalent to 2,765 pesos para di na po kayo bumalik pa lalo na
kung galing pa kayo sa malalayong probinsya. ito po ay bukod pa sa
5,250 na regular na binabayaran ng isang applicant.

Base po sa experience nmin nalaman nmin ung results ng tests nmin except lang po sa blood tests na pag di daw po cla tumawag within 2-3 working days ay ok na daw po.. And ifforward nila sa CEM in 7-10 working days ..

Work Flow Steps
1.Canadian Reception (3rd flr.)
1.1 Submission of requirements
1.2Filling-out the applicants (PDS- Patient Data Sheets)
1.3Photo encoding and Patient data encoding
2.Cashier (5th flr.)
Payment of fees
3.X-ray (3rd flr.)
4.Laboratory(4th flr.)
4.1 take sample of urine and blood
5.Vital signs table(5th flr.)
5.1check blood pressure
5.2check height and weight
5.3 check visual acuity
6. US counter (for room assignment of physical exam.)
7.Physical exam.( all applicants are asked to disrobe completely)
8.Canadian Reception (wait for Official reciept)
Finished (according to them wait for 3 working days for possible call from St. Lukes if their is a problem for the medical or required
another test, if their is no call from them it means that medical examination is ok and it is automatically delivered to CEM)

Agahan nyo nlng po ang pagpunta sa st. Luke's kc mejo madami din po ang nagpapamedical. And pra mauna din kau sa number.. At 7am magpapapasok na po cla, then go straight sa 5th floor then kuha ka ng number then wait for their call. Pag tinawag ka na pa fill up ka nila ng forms. Then take nila ung mga requirements from u. Then ppuntahin ka sa room where they will take ur photo and fingerprints. Then xray,urinalysis,blood test, vitals, height and weight, eyes and physical test. Lastly sasabihin nila sau if u need to take additional tests if my findings sa ibang tests mo or meron ka piercings or tatoos..
