TWP Application having problem filing the Family Info Forum IMM5645E,PLz Help??

Please Help its Urgent
I am going to apply online soon,but when I want to fill IMM5645E Family Info Forum I am getting trouble about these things

1stly:
the forum I downloaded from CIC (IMM5645E) in Section C it DO NOT have enough rows so that i can mention everybody,I mean all of my Brothers and sisters,Its shows only 7 i need 2 more rows.and when I tried to add a new page in it but it wont let me do it.its seems that file has some kind of Lock. What do i do ???????

2ndly:
the same forum(Family Info Forum) Requires that I also have to write the names is my Home Country Language(URDU) along with writing in English.how I do that??that is PDF file.
Please Help me Out

I want to Apply B4 the biometric system start which is 11 December.

1. Use another copy of the form filling only the additional information i.e. about brothers and sisters. You have to figure out appropriate place to enter that and may be explain this in some initial document.

2. Writing in Urdu is not that important. Though for family information form, you also require signatures. So it is better to print the form, do all signatures by hand (and may be write names in urdu by hand, then scan and upload this). However, i am only talking about the "Family information form". DON'T down load and scan any form which has a VALIDATE button at the end. Just use the original pdf for any form with validate button and fill it all on a computer. In place of signature just type your name in blocks for online application.

I submitted on paper and didn't write names in Urdu and the application was processed fine at least.

so you mean that 1st i download that family info form fill it in english and then print it out and then scanc it.and i must do it with family info form only. ok i got thanks

and could you please tell me that should i merge all the documents into 1 file or should i keep separate files.I mean which one is preferred or recommended????

Only merge docs where there is space for one and you have multiple to upload in that location. Otherwise upload each document separately in space available for it.
