Two weeks sufficient for soft landing

Dear Brothers and Sisters

I am intending to Temporary land in Toronto in July 2019 as I already got maple leaf. I will be permanently landing after one year of soft landing. My query are:

1. Two weeks of stay as temporary landing sufficient for initiating paper works and completing procedures such as bank account opening, getting debit/credit cards, health card (my boss is not allowing me more than 2 weeks vacation)?
2. Is turkish airline is good considering it is most economical airline with one stop?

1. Yes, but don't apply for an OHIP Health card if you are not intending to remain in Canada immediately. You would not be eligible. The rest are ok. Don't forget SIN application.
2. No idea.
 
Turkish airline has a good reputation in the airline industry. You don't need 2 weeks. 1 week or less would be fine.
