Two Week Employment GAP (Open Work Permit)

Hi,
Hope you all are doing well. I am working for company A and I got an offer from company B. Since I am on a bench in company A, I expect an early release that would cause a two-week GAP in employment.
I am on open work permit now. Does it affect in any way if I apply for PR in the future? Does it break the rule of one-year continuous employment required for Experience Class or any other immigration programs?
