Hello forum members,

I have a very particular situation: I did an Upfront medical examination last month, but the examination was conducted in a way I didn't really expect: besides the incredible rudeness, I was requested a number of additional exams and had an impression the doctor was being ultra-paranoid about anything that he could ask an extra test for.

I know I don't have anything to worry about because I do checkups once in a while, so as soon as I left I scheduled a new Upfront with another panel physician which had an available slot for the same week. The interview was way different: I replied the questions the same way, provided the same medical history, and got no request for additional exams.

Now I thought that was just a bad experience and that was the end of it, as with any similar experience I had with not-so-good doctors.. but a friend which went through the process before told me this could be a problem for my application when they try to upload the results, and that they may have access to the first exam regardless of what I send them... and it could look bad when they are processing my application. I'm a bit worried now I did something I can't undo, or at least that was just plain useless..

I did not want to go through the time/expense of doing medical exams for nothing (well, at least not if I can avoid it) but I didn't really want to screw my application by some technicality or have someone think that I'm trying to circumvent any requirements.

Does anyone know how would the CIC handle this? Would they only consider the Upfront exam number/report I provided them or would they have access to any exam in my name?
