Two Students Getting Married

Hi,

My girlfriend and I are both international students living in Calgary.
My student permit ends in June, but we want to get married.
If we get married before June, can I get a work visa through her student visa even though I have a student status right now?

Please advise.

Why not apply for a post graduate work permit... That's if you have graduated by then
