Two Passports with travail history - Post ITA query

Dear members kindly help me.

I have two passport, first has been expired in 2011, and it is a Govt. official passport (as I am a Govt. employee). The second passport is valid till 2018 and it is a normal/general passport.

I have traveled on both passports.

In 2009 I had visited UAE on Govt. official passport (that has been expired in 2011). Last year I have visited again UAE but this time on my normal/general passport.

My question is, (1) should I have to upload both passports (all pages)? or (2) upload 1st two pages of both passports and entry/exit stamp pages? or (3) upload 1st two pages of valid passport?
