Two or more certificate diploma or degree

Hello,

I pursued my Bachelor of engineering(4years ) in mechanical.

My profile-

Married
Age 28year
IELTS 7778
Work ex in india
3years or more
No Canadian study
No Canadian work ex
No blood relation in Canada
No LMIA
No PNP
Spouse edu- Bachelors
Spouse IELTS- 6 All


While CRS score there is an option for highest level of education

"Two or more certificate, diplomas or degree."

Now if I pursue distance education Bachelor of library which is of one year.
Can I select this option.

Only in one year(B.lib) I can increase 32 points from (423to 455)

My CRS score if I select

Bachelor =423

Two or more =455 (+32)

Master =462(+39)

But it's clearly mention in the website :-

If you have TWO Bachelor’s degrees, or one Bachelor’s AND a two year college diploma, choose – “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.”

They want 2 years of diploma after bachelor's . They won't consider one year diploma.or pg diploma( like pgdca)
That's why I m doing one year bachelor degree. But will they accept one year bachelor or not it's not written there.
Please help me

You should read on CIC website only.

It states "
Three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree plus a Graduate diploma" will be equivalent to Two or more
