Two Online applications but only one application Passport request

Hi,

I am living in ireland and an irish citizen but my wife and daughter both are Indian citizens. i have applied online visitor visa for them on 13th may 2015.and
i uploaded all documents requested online.

on 21st may 2015 i got message on myCIC account when i checked my wife's application status i had message and they requested my wife's original passport.
but i have nothing for my 3 years old daughter application

Anyone go through the same ?

where i can contact them if application submitted online
