Well good for you than, you have to show evrything anyway so if both jobs are under NOC than go for it, it doesn't matter, which should be the main NOC !!

WORK EXPERIENCE
For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
• notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers,
accompanied by an English or French translation
• original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers.
Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full
address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company’s official
seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent
in each position
• your main responsibilities and duties in each position
• your total annual salary plus benefits
• the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the
company
• a business card of the person signing
If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a
written explanation.

Thank you SD.

seal.

Is it necessary to get letters of reference from my past employee? I can arrange current employee reference.
But my current profession is Lecturer and I want to apply under construction manager. I have old apoinment letter and job resposibilities that matches with construction manage 0711.

Hi Lipa,

Yes - you will have to get these letters as per below format from ALL past and present employers. It is your employers business card they are looking for ( to call and make background checks if necessary) not yours.

Be very careful to send as many details as possible especially for the one that you are qualifying with
( NOC).
In addition to my earlier post detailing what you require - you can even add stuff like company profile, salary slips, non confidential company correspondence where it shows what you were involved in, letters for bonuses, letters / certificates for good work, etc. ( This is all extra stuff to make your case solid!)

Just remember to get all the extra documents also notarized / certified.

Hope this helps.
