Two NOC or Single NOC accepted for express entry??

Hello dears...
I have One year experience as piping engineer Which comes in NOC 2132 (Skill type A). I also holds 2 years experience which comes in NOC 1215 (Skill type B). Both experiences are in two different fields. First one is in engineering and second one is in to management.
My concern is.. Can I claim 3 years experience with these two different NOC codes and skills.?? . some of my friends said that , I cannot claim for 3 years. Even some consultancies said the same. Also when I checked CRS calculator I could see the 6th point (work experience section). 2nd sub question says... In last 10 years how many foreign experience we have. Here it is clearly says that ONLY ONE OCCUPATION NOC 0,A,B.

Pls your valuable guidance is needed.

You can. i claimed work experience from three different NOCs and they accepted all of them. received COPR few days back.
