two mandatory questions in citizenship test...Is it true?

Hi,
is the citizenship test passing percentage is 75% i.e 15 out of 20 questions should be correct?
I have heard that there are two mandatory questions that need to be correct to pass the test ,Is it true?If so ,what could be those questions based on?
