Two jobs in the same NOC - when can I apply for PR?

I have a four year bachelors degree from a Canadian university (Sept 2017 to June 2021). I started working as a business development associate (noc A) at Company X in Sept 2021, and I'm switching companies after ~7 months in April 2022. My title at Company Y will be business development analyst, which falls under the same noc code. Do I have to complete a year at Company Y to be eligible to apply? Or can I combine the two and apply after a cumulative 12 months of work exp? If I can combine them, do they have to be "continuous" or with no gaps in between? And which streams can I apply under? Someone please make this easier for me to understand!

You can apply under CEC once you have a year of skilled work experience in Canada. That work experience does not need to be under the same NOC or with the same company and does not need to be continuous.
