two file numbers

sent my initial application to CIC malaysia and final to them as well, what i feel is that anyone sending application to nova scotia and than to local offical get two file numbers. Is this right or even i send my both application initial and final to local CIC will get two file numbers.

doesn't matter... both file numbers will keep showing your eCAS status. For any communication, you can refer whichever file number you have.

i know of some cases who have only 1 file number. search the forum.. you too should ind 1 or 2 such cases

follow the file no which is forwarded by cic sydney, nova scotia , canada

I did not send my file to nova scotia i send to local CIC than they ask for my processing and gave me 120 days.

then follow the file no. provided by local CIC office. it will help u to check the status of ur application.
