two different PR application at same time

Hi , I have a question regarding multiple applications for PR under two different categories .

1)I got nominated for PNP and eligible to apply for PR using paper-based application with processing time 15-16 months.I'm planning to apply for PR using PNP over next few weeks.
2)On the Other hand, I have EE profile my score will jump to 480+ once the new changes implemented .If I get ITA over the next few draws through EE,is it possible to have two applications for PR?

Have you already submitted PNP application and paid fees.? If no how much time you still have to submit that.? I would wait for next draw before submitting PNP application if there is enough time. I think with 480+ score you have high chance of getting ITA in next draw and that would save you from PNP processing time and more important $$$$

I am almost prepared everything to apply for PR using PNP.
But with recent changes My CRS scores up by 30+ points.

My question is if I submit PR application using PNP and after one month If I get ITA then is it possible to apply again?

My view: I dont think you can have two concurrent, PR application, as far as i remember you are being asked if you have any applications being processed - one of them will be refused, the 2nd one.

In your case I would suggest to go with 2nd option.
