Two credentials, how many to assess?

I am planning to apply in the future for PR through Express Entry (CEC) alongside my wife. She has a bachelor's and a later college diploma, both from outside Canada. To maximize our CRS points, will she need an educational credential assessment for both of them, or just for the college diploma?

If she wants to count two or more with one being a 4 year degree and one year post secondary then both.
