Tow big mistakes:

1. Only submitted Biographical pages of the Passport
2. In 10 yr Activity history mentioned" Working in New Jersey" and address for the same period was given of "Virginia"

What should I do Now?

First one is not a mistake. They've only asked for biographical pages of passport. Nothing else.

Nah, depends on country of origin. For me they asked for all pages with any stamps along with bio page.

Open a CSE and mention the changes.

Send them a CSE explaining the situation.

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

If u haven't submitted a Schedule A alongwith ur application you can fill that up with correct information on Personal history and attach with ur CSE (Schedule A is optional).

Good luck

What is your country of origin?
Now I'm getting worried if we required it the stamped pages..

I don't think including all passport pages has any thing to do with country of origin. This was never mentioned in writing.

Instead it was there in CIC publications (instructions on website) to upload all pages of passport for a while IN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS OF EXPRESS ENTRY.

Latter they revised and its been a while that instructions ask for only Bio data pages. Most people only submit bio data pages and get PR.

Lastly, EE is mostly processed in Canada and i don't know of any COUNTRY specific instructions written any where except for Police certificates (written on website).

Thanks..but what about" In 10 yr Activity history mentioned" Working in New Jersey" and address for the same period was given of "Virginia"
Will my application get rejected for it?

You are welcome. Don't know - depends if they catch it or not. You might have kept your family in Virginia and went every weekend or worked 2 days a week - whatever. Hard to consider where you would be living.

But the point is that you shouldn't take any risk which the above clearly is. This one is a clear mention in instructions - submit pcs and provide complete history.

So you are better off submitting case specific inquiry and providing correct info.

1. Suggestion for CSE is the best one to proceed with. It is better to acknowledge than they raising an objection. You may fill and upload Schedule A totally. While doing so, please do not restrict to last 10 years but start from when you turned 18. I know the cases, where another schedule a was asked on providing last 10 years of history (where asked).

2. PPT's biometrics plus all stamped pages are definitely required.

+1 if it helps pls
