Two Bachelors Degree in Different Fields. still got 120 points instead of 128 ?

Dear All,

I have got ECA report which shows Canadian Equivalency Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts (3 years) and another one Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management (4 years). When I filled the education detail one by one as Bachelors Degree. System did not pick up two degrees and gave me 120 points instead of 128 ? I am still confused what would be the reason ?

You should choose the option 2 or more degrees of which one is 3 years or more for your second degree.

I need to know how should I present my educational credentials.
I have a Phd Msc and Bsc degree equivalent to Canadian system by University of Toronto.

Do I need to put my college (grade 12) and high school (garde 10, IGCSE O'Level) too?

No. That's not required. I think one only needs to present the highest credential but I would advise presenting all your credentials acquired after 12th grade.
