I am facing problem in transferring my 1st Sem Tution fee. Today I came to know that my bank can not transfer the amount to Canada (Concordia University). They have asked me to send the money privately by any money exchanger or open a new account in any bank who offer international transfer service in that case I will not be having last 4 months bank history.
So I am left with money exchanger option, will it be safe ? or if its acceptable by Canadian Universities, (Concordia University) ?
