Turnaround time for passport sent back from CPC-Ottawa

I sent my passport to CPC-Ottawa, received on Nov 29, couterfoil issued on December 6 (shown on my online status) BUT I have not been able to track Canada post for the return passport until now! December 27. I sent question through webform and got auto-replied email.
Any advice where or How can I check where my passport is?
