Tuition Fees

Hello,
I was looking at studying in Canada as option for my brother to come to over. However looking at one University the cost for one year was a massive $16,500 just for one year!! . Is this the case for most institutions in the Toronto area? Thats an enormous amount of money!!!!!!!

Yes cost of living in Toronto is surely no less then 10 to 12,000.

UK £ is doing really badly against the $ so those fees are just impossible. They are more money than the average UK citizen would have left over after living costs in a whole year!
