Tsunami Alert for New Zealand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Hawaii, and others. Waves expected over the next few hours, caused by 8.9 earthquake in Japan.

Im so relieved that nothing happened here in the Philippines, no Tsunami. hours before we were nervous and we keep on watching the news for updates about it even though we are far from the danger zone. I'm hoping the other countries with alert levels won't suffer the same fate as Japan.. my sincere prayers go with them..

Dont know how to tell what happened in Japan. I am in Japan and still in shock that suddenly what happened. Today is 2nd day and i still hear the ambulance and firebri. alerts Oh God. I cant sleep. Spent whole night at 7 eleven in car and it was so cold, no food and water available at stores. All surronding gas stations were / are closed. There was a complete blackout and plus after every 15-20 mins aftershocks. Please pray for the families here. We all need your kind prayers to get back to normal life routine.

How sad , we are praying for you all in Japan, just watching the news is horrifying so cannot imagine how real life is right now !
