i am writing behalf of my brother.He applied for Canadian skilled worker immigration on 2010.Here below is his application details till now:

updated information:20-06-2011
He applied on NOC job title Social Workers 4152(28th on the skilled workers list on 2010)
Well since the update till now they have'nt heard anything from CIC which is in Singapore for Bangladeshi applicant.
Now my questions are:
1.Where about the stage his application would be now?
2.Any idea how long it might take(I know it will take time and wait is all we can do but please share your experience)
3.Is it a good idea to write to them about update because some people suggest not to write for any update as it has a bad impact on your application.
Members please share any knowledge or idea about our issue as we are kind of well confused what to do next.
