I need some help regarding filling up the IRCC webform for change in address. I received my PR card in due time, however, I did not receive my children's PR cards and after a significant time had passed i raised query on IRCC web enquiring about it. So they told me, apparently they could not find any address on my children's landing papers. So they asked me to update the address through the webform. However, I am but confused with the form. There in an enquiry box where I am supposed to put in the necessary info, like name, DoB, UCI, email, etc. But underneath the box there are some specific boxes which ask for applicant info. In this case should I put in my children's info on the enquiry box and my information in the short form underneath, as I am the applicant and they are the dependant?
Would really appreciate your help.
