I just got AOR and trying to apply BOWP before my PGWP expires.
I've been trying for few days and there is technical issue sayig error, try later.
I just want to know if it is only me doing something wrong or cic website problems. Is it going to be fixed soon? Shoule I just apply by paper. Please help!!!
