Hello everyone. Asking for some insight. My same-sex relationship just recently applied for trv but, it was denied for a reason the officer does not convinced that she will be going back to HK even though she provided a return ticket. My question is; can she put to her application the reason for her to visit me in Canada is that we are going to get married? Do you think it will be fine? Thank you.

Will be rejected as well they will see that her ties to Canada are much stronger than her own country and that she will not return back home.
In order to get trv your girlfriend has to show strong ties to hew own country: job, properly, study, family and so on...
