can some one plz tell me what docs r needed for an online application for getting the multiple entry visa on post graduate work permit where when one needs to travel outside canada, is the chk same as the paper application?

the online application only asks for :
digital pic
passport
work permit
fill the forms for trv

where paper application checklist also asks for the employer letter :s, i wanted to do it online since it a lil faster comparing to paper app ,,any suggestions ??
