TRV- Within Canada, IMM5257 form

Hello,
I am applying for TRV within Canada, I have an open work permit and got permanent job.
My confusion is , while filling the form IMM5257, in details of visit to Canada,
I should write purpose of my visit as " Returning worker" OR "Family Visit".
Reason behind confusion is I got work permit as dependent spouse.
