trv withdrawn by ircc stating that I already have a valid visa

I applied for TRV on 4th August 2024.
I had a study permit till March 2025 but my passport stamp was expired.
Today, on 6th Feb 2025, I got an update on the portal that my application has been withdrawn by IRCC as I already have a valid visa.
I think there might have been an error from ircc side. What do I do ?

Your study permit may have TRV attached so have valid TRV until March.

No, the passport stamp for visa was expired in 2024 march
