I lived with my husband abroad in the UAE until recently because I became pregnant and we decided it would be better for me and the baby if I returned to Canada and started working and got a place until i deliver, so that its less of a hassle when we have a small infant or when I'm a huge balloon.
We applied for our spousal sponsorship on April 2nd 2020, but have yet to hear anything back.. we are now concerned that by husband won't get approved in time for the babies arrival in Jan 2021..
We are considering the possibility of applying for a TRV in the meantime so he can be here with me for the birth of our first child.
If by chance our TRV is approved is there a way for my hubby to keep processing the application while in Canada in the chance we hear back about the PR application while on TRV in Canada?
