Can I apply for spousal visa for my wife. I am in Canada and on PGWP, and my PR application is in process. PR application status, CEC express entry, post AOR. Biometrics is finished 3 months back. I requested a wedform to add her to my ongoing application before 3 months, no response.
Thinking of applying for a spousal work permit, from india for her.
What will be the worst case that can happen, the the spouse visa application get rejected. Will it affect my PR application any how

There is no such thing as a spouse visa. There is no harm applying for an OWP for your spouse if you are have a WP and are working in NOC 0, A or B. Currently she’d also need special authorization to travel in addition to the OWP if she didn’t have a job offer. Processing is 6+ months.
