Hi! Can I ask for some advice? Last week I received my application for TRV and I got refused for some reasons, how long does it takes for me to re apply again..

You can apply again whenever you want but no point unless you address the reasons for the refusal. Why were you refused ?

I received it 10 days after it was submitted,. It was really heart breaking, I, my brother is expecting it that the immigration officer will grant it but sad to say after submitting all the requirements I was refused..My brother is a PR holder and later on he will get his Canadian citizenship. He request me to go Canada for a TRV (Visit Visa) He invites me because of the transition of his house. He’s planning to buy a new house .Currenty, his business schedule is really tight. His automotive repair shop has been rapidly progressing, thus his massive time and focus.he was separated from his wife ,thus the reason for seeking my assistance. He’ two sons eventually will move also to Canada when everything is settled. And that’s why my brother is asking me to help him settling everything before his two sons arrive there. But now I got I refused for 3 reasons: travel history, current employment situation and personal assets. I thought it doesn’t matter if I don’t have much money , yes I do have 250,000 pesos in my bank account but they refused it because For them it’s insufficient , I don’t have any idea that I need much bigger funds because my brother will cover all my expenses including flights tickets, foods , housing etc. For my travel history, I only traveled onced in Hongkong in 2014 and that’s my first time. Do you think I need to travel more? Last thing that did’nt convince them is my personal assets . Yes, I do own business but it’s not yet named after me..I do have a mini grocery store but it’s still on my mothers name..I also have my own car but it’s not yet named after me, it’s still on the process.
Can anyone help me and give some advice? I will really appreciate your response..Thank you!

Looking at your situation the red flags to me are that you have not shown any substantial ties to your home country. If a car or a business is not in your name essentially they are not yours. You need to get them changed to your name. Travel history. You have to travel to a European country. Even though your brother is paying for everything you must show that you have money in your bank otherwise they are thinking he doesn't have money so whats to stop him coming here and staying. You cannot work while you are there either so mentioning anything that remotely looks like working, even if its unpaid is a red flag.
