TRV Visitor Visa Rejected

Hi All,

I have applied Canada TRV Tourist Visa to visit my elder sister(International Student of reputed University) during my school summer holidays. After bio-metric I have got rejection due to Purpose of Visit : IRPP 179(b) No to return after finish the visa.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

In the past years, I have already visited many time to UK as WorkPermit Depedent and Family visit.

Every year, I visit to UK with my family members, but this time, we have planned to visit at Canada and explore new country tourist places. My mother have already Canada TRV visa, she visited last year and my father is UK citizen. Only, I need to tourist visa, so I applied to get this visa before booking our hotel and air tickets.

In last 10 years, I have been travelled many times to UK.

I dont understand, why they have rejected thevisa beacuse of above rejection points.

Is any one suggest, what I should do to convience visa officer, I will return back to parent country.

Hello All,

So My Mom applied for Visitor Visa, and we created Online application on April 21st and Paid $185.

Upon receiving Biometrics Collection Letter on 23rd April, 2019 (Attached), Mom booked appointment on 7th May 2019 at VFS Global, Delhi . Since it was the first time that my mom was applying for a Canadian Visa, she carried all documents (in case these were required) along with the passport for the Biometrics.

At the VFS office, the officer asked for the documents and as she showed these to him, he took these documents for submission. She repeatedly told the VFS officer that she already have an online application. she was asked to submit passport and pay the fee of Rs 527, which she did on 7th May 2019.

After 3 days of my Biometrics test, she received an email that a new Visa application got created. I immediately called VFS office to explain the situation and know how and why they had created a new application for visa when I had already submitted an online application and made the payment for the same. The VFS office accepted the mistake but they were not able to help me.

I, then, approached CIC and as suggested by them I completed the Web form on 10th May 2019 to explain everything and request the cancellation of the paper application.

On May 7th her Biometrics got updated on her Online application.
So until yesterday my mom was having two Application for Visitor. 1 Online created by my mom and 2nd Paper application created by VFS officer.

And today Mom's online application got rejected stating that we havnt provided the Biometrics.

• You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for biometrics.
• You are found inadmissible to Canada under paragraph 41(a) of the IRPA: through an act or omission which contravenes, directly or indirectly, a provision of this Act.

I dont know what to do. Biometrics was updated on the file same same day May 7th. I dont know how this works. It is so frustrating.
