TRV Visit from USA

I wish to apply for a temporary resident visa for tourism. I will be sponsoring my visit and I may visit my relatives there.
1. Is a casual invite later acceptable? Like casual I mean since they won’t be sponsoring my visit they would just invite me for a visit and state that I would be sponsoring the funds?
2. I don’t have a valid H1 visa but a valid petition. Would that be sufficient? In the requirements they don’t ask for H1 visa rather the approval notice which I have. Is my understanding correct that they don’t really need the stamp
3. How convenient is the ARV? Is there any chance H1 may get stuck if I travel with my original petition?

You have to wait to see if your TRV is approved.

You need to give a better history. How long have you been in the US and your status in the US over the years? Savings? Ties to your home country and the US? How long do you want to visit Canada and your planned itinerary? International travel history in the past 5-10 years? Any overstay?

4+ years. no overstay. Enough savings per other inputs on the forum. Job in the us. International travel has been limited bw home country and US. Planning for 10 days in Canada
