This side abhishek. I am writing this eamil to you on behalf of my pheoncy Harpreet kaur.
She is living in canada right now and he recently completed his study and after completing her study she applied for her post graduate work permit and she got her 3 year post graduate work permit 1 month back.Now she is coming to india next month and for this she gave her passport to ircc office ottawa for visa stamp and 10 days back she received her passport with stamp.
Now problem is that the stamp which stamped on her passport is S1and Student butthe duration of the work permit (3 years valid till 2022) is correct. Now question is why visa office stamped S1 and Student stamp on her passport though she is no more student .
When she will be going back to canada from india then there might be a problem for her at delhi and canada airport thatshe carries passport with S1 and Studnet cateogry.
Whether this cause a problem for her?
Or This is ok?
Please help us because she already buy air tickets and she had not more than 35 days here at canada .
Her all mates got W1 and worker visa stamp in her passport.
Why she got S1and Studnet visa stamp ?
