TRV visa applied, passports havent arrived

Hi,
My parents r here on visitors vis and we applied for Canada visa via post. The application has reached the office on MAy 17th. Now seeing the other posts, we are worried that the passports might not arrive on time especially as they have to go back on July 28th.

How can we contact them?
