TRV to write an exam with NCA (FLSC) in Canada

Hi everyone,

Please kindly help out,

I have an exam to write with the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA), an establishment of the Federation of Law Society of Canada (FLSC). The organization does not issue any letter or notice to candidate to assist with procurement of Visa.

Please, what document do I need to tender that can assist with securing a Visa to write the exam.

I'm sure you must have an appointment/acknowledgement/schedule/confirmation anything in writing from the association that would show you have the intention to write this exam. That is what you would include

You’ll have to provide proof that you have the finances and strong ties to your home country like every other TRV application.

One of the things you need to overcome is the fact that one may arrange to write this exam outside of Canada. You need to explain why you want to write it in Canada.

I did sent a mail to the establishment to allow me write it in my home country but they responded in d negative dt my country is not among the countries wia d exam is bin written for now. Hence, my choice of Canada.

You need that letter from NCA telling you that they refuse to let you write outside of Canada.
