TRV to job permit

I’m residing in UAE since 5 years I’ve applied for TRV through an consultancy here in UAE they have offered job and I’ve paid one installment to them after watching some videos I got an idea about LMIA program and as per what I understood is nobody can assure an job and if it’s so I should have listed or skilled profile and they can only look for foreign workers if they couldn’t find anyone from Canada , now I’m little worried that my consultancy is giving me false commitments and I’m worried that I’ll loose my current job and I wouldn’t be able to make it to Canada I’ve attached some details of what they have Briefed to me , please check and kindly guide me weather I’ve to proceed with the application awaiting for your valuable reply at the earliest

It's a scam. Don't give them any money. There's no job.
