Yes

I got my visa in second attempt.
First time apply : May 3, 2019
Refusal on 14th May 2019

Second application on 23rd May 2019
Approved on 07th June 2019.

how did u prepared cover letter while reapplying..did u mentioned about previous refusal;---pl suggest

i got trv refusal on 11th,and requested for caips notes on 17th sep..i prefer to wait for caips

Yes we mentioned the first refusal in our application and also in the cover letter. We had applied online both the times.
Second time we furnished additional proofs for the points they had mentioned for refusal.

in caips notes we get the exact reason given by visa officer to refuse our application
