Hi All,
A quick question for you, we are just adding up the days of my spouse to see that we meet the magic 730 days. In the paperwork it says that days 'residing' in Canada before the issuance of the PR counts as 1/2 day, but I am unclear what 'reside' means, and I can't find a definition. When my spouse was in Canada on a Temporary Resident Visa, does that count as 1/2 day per day? If it were a 'tourist' visa I would say no, but where it is now called a 'temporary resident' visa I am unsure how it works. I've looked all through the paperwork that I can find, but nowhere can I see that that is clarified.
Thanks
