We applied under common law partner last April and in process currently ( He came here as tourist). My partner got approved of Open Work Permit until June 2021. My question is his TRV visa is expiring on Sept 4, 2019. Does he need to renew his TRV visa or his work permit visa until 2021 is good enough? Just want to make sure that we are not going to loose status although his PR application is in progress. Please clarify and confirm. Many thanks!
