Hi,
I applied for a TRV for Canada and yesterday got the refusal email. I provided every proof that they asked for. My husband is already there on a work permit and i wanted to join him as we recently got married.
I was planning for a 41 days trip and to support that i also submitted NOC from my current agency.
Along with that i also provided them with marriage certificate, salary slips, bank statements.
Now, i am clueless as what to do next. I want to be with my husband but dn’t know how to proceed with it further.
Kindly suggest something.

It's hard to get a TRV to visit your husband because they expect you will overstay with your husband or attempt to secure a work permit from within Canada. A trip of 41 days is very long.

You'd need overwhelming evidence of ties back home - upcoming obligations, things you must return to take care of, parents you care for, etc., to get a TRV. Otherwise, if your intention is to stay with your husband while he works in Canada, you need him to apply for a spousal work permit (if he is eligible) while you are in your home country and then use that as the basis to get a visa to go to Canada.

Unfortunately sometimes Outland sponsorship is the only option. That is one of the risks when getting married to a foreign national.
