Hello Guys,
I am a Pakistani National who is currently an accounting student in Dublin, Ireland and would like to visit Toronto to see my best friend. I went to the Canadian embassy in Dublin but they do not handle any queries whatsoever which are related to visas and which is annoying. They are all done in London, I first applied from Dubai but I got refused due to the following reason, 1) Immigration status in the country of residence 2) purpose of visit 3) Travel History. The Second time, I applied from London but I had the same issue and got my application rejected. For my next application, I plan to attach an invitation from my friend as she has a PR status in Canada but I am still unsure that it would help me be successful in my next application.
I do not understand what I can do to convince the immigration officer that I will be back after my visit as I am in my final year of college and I have successfully finished the first two years, I have paid all my fees for my third year.
I also work as a part-time supervisor in a shop and my bank statement had enough funds for 1 week which were nearly 2,000-3,000 euros,
Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

what is your traveling history what are your ties to dublin which can back you back? are you single or married?

I was denied Airport Transit visa via Canada to DR by two reasons as follows,
1.purpose of visit ,and
2. Family ties in Canada and home of your residency
But now, May I reapply TRV? please share experience if i can apply
many thanks

Since you were refused twice in 2017, I would wait at least a year from your last refusal before you apply again. Also, you should only apply again if you can show much stronger ties to your home country.

I was only denied Transit visa once in October 2017 and now may I reapply TRV?

Can you show stronger ties to your home country to address the reasons why your first transit visa was refused?

IMO, you should decide which visa you want to apply for + what is the purpose of your visit or else why you really need to transit in Canada.

You had applied/denied Transit Visas twice. You now intend to apply for a TRV/short-term visitor visa. This significant change in your travel plans will not convince the visa officer.

Unfortunately, applying so often after two transit visa refusals could seem like you are keen to transit/visit Canada for reasons which are not of a genuine visitor

If you were denied only once in 2017, why do you post on this thread? Didn't you read before you post?
